About us

We are bringing the taste of Italian tradition to your table with freshly baked artisan products using Sardinian family recipes. All our bread is vegan so only flour, water, salt and oil as our grandparents did in the past. You will find every day a special bread (with vegetable charcoal, chilli flakes and chilli oil, sundried tomatoes and black olives, etc ...). Our most sold bread is the potato bread (Sardinian recipe) made with boiled and mashed potatoes.
And we also have option with vegan cheese (rice or soy mozzarella) for pizzas and calzone.

Pintau bread

You can find here all our freshly baked sourdough produce made by hand using the traditional slow fermentation method.

Our specialty is pintau bread. We can model it and realize any type of figure quite simply.

It is a very precious ceremonial bread, which is masterfully produced in some areas of Sardinia where today, is still preserved the tradition of celebrating celebrations through food (something that among other things in a way we do a bit all). 

Opening Hours :

7:30 am to 6:30 pm from Tuesday to Friday

10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sunday
